No. The current implementation only works with the stio transport and is supposed to run locally on your machine, using your Azure CLI credentials.

You need to create an Azure Service Principal with the appropriate permissions and configure the AZURE_CREDENTIALS environment variable with the JSON output from the Service Principal creation.
